WideCells Group PLC is delighted to announce that it has won the ‘Power Business of the Year’ award as part of the Manchester Awards 2017.

'Power Business of the Year' Award

The Manchester Awards celebrate the achievements of the Manchester community, the people and the businesses that work tirelessly to make a difference and contribute to the development of the city.

As a Group, we have three established divisions, being CellPlan, Wideacademy and WideCells, which collectively aim to provide end-to-end stem cell services.

Though we are an international company with a global mandate, our WideCells division is centred in Manchester, where have established the Institute of Stem Cell Technology; within this facility we have a cryogenics centre, which provides stem cell storage services, and we also operate a laboratory where we undertake scientific research that contributes to this innovative medical space.

Winning the Power Business of the Year 2017 not only demonstrates our successes as a business but is also testament to the skill set of our team in Manchester.

WideCells Group Marketing Manager, Matthew Lord, Head of WideCells, Andrew Hanratty and WideCells Marketing Executive, Fiza Ikram attended the ceremony on behalf of the company.
