WideCells Group are leading a transformation in stem cell banking and stem cell treatment; making stem cell banking more accessible through insurance coverage, and increasing the availability of stem cells for transplants.
Our Manchester operations includes a processing and research laboratory and storage unit. Due to ongoing growth of the business, we are looking for a Sales Rep to grow and manage the client base. As a Key Account Manager - Dental for WideCells you will be responsible for winning and growing accounts in both the UK and internationally. You need to effectively sell the WideCells range of dentistry stem cell products and biomaterials and to achieve targeted unit sales for the company
This is a full-time role based at the University of Manchester Innovation Centre and will require travelling and participation with events etc. outside of normal working hours.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:
Taking ownership of the agreed client revenue target with a clear understanding of how to achieve the agreed revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and markets and enter agreements with local distributors and/or Agents for WideCells products
Being responsible for the project management of a group of client requirements whilst anticipating their current and future requirements. Applying strong levels of commercial judgement in the preparation of significant and highly complex quotations.
Forecasting your sales projections with stated assumptions.
Leading client business reviews both virtually and face to face.
Influencing your networks within the Product, Operations and Finance directorates to enable you to achieve your customer objectives.
To manage activity and performance in line with key performance indicators and company objectives in order to meet sales and revenue targets
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
Sales skills: Product Knowledge, Operational Planning, Strategic Prospecting Skills, Rapport Building on the Call Buyer-Seller Agreement, Active Listening, Communication, Qualification Questioning, Time Management, Objection Prevention, Objection Handling and Demo skills.
A Level standard or equivalent is essential, a degree in a science subject is desirable
Minimum 3 year experience in an account management role, ideally in dentistry or a healthcare related industry.
The ability to demonstrate how to grow revenues using account management principles.
Worked in a complex project environment.
Previous accountability for making commercial decisions.
Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills.
Demonstrated leadership of tasks and projects in previous working history.
Experience of using CRM software
