WideCells Group are leading a transformation in stem cell banking and stem cell treatment; making stem cell banking more accessible through insurance coverage, and increasing the availability of stem cells for transplants. Due to ongoing growth of the business, they are looking for a Head of Business to lead and grow their sales team based out of Manchester.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre professional looking to play a major role in the profitability, success and future direction of WideCells’ Ltd UK and international business. Leading and managing sales across the business unit, the individual will have responsibility for the creation and delivery of local sales strategies and campaigns, whilst monitoring costs, profitability, order intake and forecasts. The role includes management of the WideCells division team, aligning skills and development alongside the product portfolio and market need. As a senior member of the UK and International management team, the individual will be involved and have input into the day-day running of the business unit.

This is a full-time role based at the University of Manchester Innovation Centre.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Management of a profitable business, order intake, margin and costs
Management of the sales funnel with business generation from new and existing customers
Create and execute global account strategic and plan
Developing and coaching the teams aligning with products and strategies
Lobbying and networking across the stem cell banking, contract & development research, stem cell treatment market, biomaterials and other products in the WideCells pipeline
International Travel to develop and manage directly the subsidiaries and other key accounts
Lead major price negotiations and ensure budgeted sales prices are achieved or exceeded
Determine and pursue the most effective routes to market
High level issue tracking and escalation working alongside the support team
Provide sales forecasts and budgets as required
P&L responsibility across the business unit

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
Educated to degree level as a minimum, MBA desirable
Minimum 3 years Sales & Management experience in competitive business environments (including P&L and staff responsibility)
Formulated and implemented strategies for developing business by increasing sales to existing customers and creating new accounts
Extensive key account management experience
Experience of appointing and managing distributors and/or agents as a route to market
Creative and entrepreneurial with strategic awareness
Skilled manager who can motivate, utilise and develop people effectively

Our Manchester operations includes a processing and research laboratory and storage unit. Due to ongoing growth of the business, we are looking for a Sales Rep to grow and manage the client base. As a Key Account Manager - Dental for WideCells you will be responsible for winning and growing accounts in both the UK and internationally. You need to effectively sell the WideCells range of dentistry stem cell products and biomaterials and to achieve targeted unit sales for the company

This is a full-time role based at the University of Manchester Innovation Centre and will require travelling and participation with events etc. outside of normal working hours.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Taking ownership of the agreed client revenue target with a clear understanding of how to achieve the agreed revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and markets and enter agreements with local distributors and/or Agents for WideCells products
Being responsible for the project management of a group of client requirements whilst anticipating their current and future requirements. Applying strong levels of commercial judgement in the preparation of significant and highly complex quotations.
Forecasting your sales projections with stated assumptions.
Leading client business reviews both virtually and face to face.
Influencing your networks within the Product, Operations and Finance directorates to enable you to achieve your customer objectives.
To manage activity and performance in line with key performance indicators and company objectives in order to meet sales and revenue targets

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
Sales skills: Product Knowledge, Operational Planning, Strategic Prospecting Skills, Rapport Building on the Call Buyer-Seller Agreement, Active Listening, Communication, Qualification Questioning, Time Management, Objection Prevention, Objection Handling and Demo skills.

A Level standard or equivalent is essential, a degree in a science subject is desirable
Minimum 3 year experience in an account management role, ideally in dentistry or a healthcare related industry.
The ability to demonstrate how to grow revenues using account management principles.
Worked in a complex project environment.
Previous accountability for making commercial decisions.
Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills.
Demonstrated leadership of tasks and projects in previous working history.
Experience of using CRM software

As part of current business growth and expansion, CellPlan is looking for an Office Administrator to join the growing team.

The office administrator needs to have an eye for detail with outstanding organisational skills. We are looking for an individual who will perform general office administrative duties and be fluent in English (at a near native level) As part of the duties the office administrator will be responsible for bookkeeping, create and update organisational/company policies and procedures, and be willing to travel occasionally, provide administrative support to the CellPlan office manager and to the Group Executive Directors.

This is a full-time role based at the CellPlan offices in Porto.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

Business Management or Administrative degree with 3 years plus related experience.
Maintain filing system and log of expenditures;
Provide general clerical support to group to include answering telephone, forwarding messages, distributing mail, maintaining department files;
Receive, check and upload to sales related invoices in the relevant software programs;
Coordinate travel schedules, both domestic and international for CellPlan team, preparing at times a detailed itinerary prior to departure;
Assist with other administrative/operational duties such as file maintenance, photocopying, scanning, mailings, troubleshooting and meeting planning;
Support other colleagues when possible and needed (eg: providing coverage for other administrative assistants) providing timely answers to requests;
Provide support to Marketing Department and the Key Account Manager
Maintain calendars including internal meetings, conference calls involving multiple time zones, setting video conferences, ensuring IT equipment is set up and coordinate supplies and catering as needed;
Analysis of legal contracts.
English: Full professional proficiency in addition to a local language.
